Booking & Preparing a Photo Shoot

Step 1: Determining Your Needs

Convene with your graphic designer and marketing team to determine the following:

  1. Intended use of photos (food menu, Facebook ads...etc).
  2. Preferred visual style(s) (creative, lifestyle, eCommerce...etc).
  3. Number of photos you need in each category.

Step 2: Booking & Down Payment

Contact me after determining your needs to discuss execution, then:

  1. I’ll accordingly give you a time and cost estimate.
  2. If you accept my offer, we can schedule the photo shoot(s).
  3. A down payment of 50% has to be made before or by the photo shoot’s end at most.

Step 3: The Photo Shoot

Photo shoot considerations and best practices:

  1. If you can’t attend, please appoint a trusted staff member to represent the business in any kind of decision-making (creative or otherwise) in your absence.
  2. Make sure all products or food ingredients are overstocked, so that we could replace faulty, damaged or soiled components.

Step 4: Payment & Delivery

Photos are typically edited within 1-3 business days from the photoshoot, and delivered via Google Drive once the payment has been completed. Different formats are available, including exporting the photos for different digital or print media.
